Baily is already wanting to help, gotta love it. Ive got a 18mo little helper that hangs out in my shop from time to time. Your right this is a great age
So Im looking at your "street" porting and I see you took the whole corner out of your carter. Is that just to better direct the charge into the transfer ports better?
Looking really good man! |

Yes its just to allow the gases to move smoother.
Case porting is one of those things where there is a no loss all gain if done right.
It makes more power everywhere.
I could have done alot more and normally i would but i wanted to get it all done in one day so it has this and it will work well.
The major gains come easily the smaller gains take the time, so i have got the big gains out of it i just couldnt be bothered chasing the little one down for my roady.
This would be a budget job for some one who wanted a good little roady. |

Oh wow your going with 12" wheels. I have never seen those on a front end like yours or a upgraded suspension for this type of scooter.
Keep up the good work, super cool build. |

That's real neat waxhead, what will be the front suspension mod?
Just before I logged in I was thinking about using my
languishing Vento BKM for Vino parts, especially the 12" wheels. |

I have a normal telescopic fork front end going in there so it will be heaps better
Its of a cpi popcorn copy
it bolts in there and will run the 12 inch wheel |

What is the size and brand of your rear tire???..the back wheel looks identical to my ZIp rear wheel.
