Got the top end, oil seals, and a few other odds and ends cleaned up today.
Now I have a decision to make.
Option A.
to use the Stage 6 intake spacer with the 19mm Dellorto I have to remove the electric starter.
Option B.
Use this intake.
Im thinking option A for the expo and option B for when I actually ride and tune this thing. |

| A looks as if there is too much of an angle on the carb! the float may never work. B would be slightly less power than a short manifold but would be easier to tune. "a" looks sooo frigin cool though! |

Some damn fine work Mexicano, damn fine.
Zombie if I remove the starter it will be at a better angle. From what I read the dellorto can handle up to a 45 degree angle. |

| I think you are missing the alum spacer that goes with that s6 manifold. It might come by itself. If you dont know what i am talking about I can put up a link. |

We started out today installing gears.
I ordered a set of Stage 6 13/43 primary drive gears as I wanted to test them out before I put them in my webstore.
First thing I had to do was install the oil seal. It just pushes in by hand. You want to use a little grease on the outer edge and inner lip before installation.
Then we had to install all new bearings.
You can use a bearing installer tool like this one but I prefer the press.
Bearings installed.
Now we find a problem. The Stage 6 gears dont fit. The box says for a MBK Booster. From the S6 website I ordered the right ones so Im at a loss why they dont fit. I mean I know why they dont fit the outside diameter of the gear is 1mm to large and the end that fits into the bearing is 2mm to large. I just thought S6 had their stuff together. This is why I R&D my products before I bring them to market.
Looks like we are running the stock gears for now.
Here is the rubber spacer I had to use to install the carb into the intake. Appears to work good with no leaks.
I installed the Buzzeti kickstand and it was very simple. Just one bolt and your done. Well made also.
Font end on.
Motor mounted, tires on, and a little sneak peek of things to come.

It's a stuffer. Supposed to speed airflow into the case.
