Sounds interesting! That frame brace is STOUT  !!! No pics.We havent made it yet.My friend makes them for banshees and trx's.To get the most out of it I would assume you would need a dyno.It consist of a male and female center section so you can adjust the tuned length. |

| Didnt they use the sliding spacer pipes in the Kart world?Seem to remember how they were cable operated with a spring loaded return.. |

Yes, same was used in radio control airplanes with 2 t engines.. |

| Cool.So do the exhaust for the karts and R.C.s constantly adjust with more or less throttle?We are making one that is adjustable but not that crazy.It wont be continuously moving. |

Well...those RC exhaust that I had 15 years ago didn't adjust with throttle position, just had some sort of "wing nuts" to adjust to engine bast performance, the header lenght could also be adjusted with a kind of "rubber tube". |

Yup.That pretty much what Im making minus the header adjustability.Thanks for the enlightenment though.I didnt know that kind of stuff was available for RCs or karts and now I do. |

Kart guys had a lever to move the mid section,longer for the twisties,short for the straights.This is from years ago,dont know if its still done with the
pipe technology advances lately.. |

| No but i have rebuilt a 2T on dirtbike with one. Very neat concept. Like having an adjustable power band. |

There are different Power Valve Systems, depend on the manufactures, Honda had a "V-tacs" (Variable Torque Amplification Chamber System) on their Honda RC 50 years ago....
Soeone told me that the YPVS (Yamaha power valve system) is the most reliable system out there...
