AWESOME!

The red looks nice and dark, goes with the black well!

It's gonna look even better with the matching luggage panel, sweet!

Give us a report on the 6.5 sliders...with your polini they should rock!

Man, I gotta get to work, I have got mod the bug now...lol! Twisted Evil

My ruck don't like the cold, so once I got it nice and warm the sliders rocked. I noticed a lot better on the uphill, it is just a touch slower on the take off, but the acceleration is 90% smooter, so that's a nice trade off, I'm averaging anywhere between 36-41 on the flats, and I'm hitting 46 -47 bombing the hills.

OK folks, stay with me here, for this is one of the more technical enhancments that I have done for my favorite mode of transportation. I tried to do it step by step so you all can do the same if you want

What you will need, aka materials:

1. 1 Honda Ruckus or other scooter of your choosing. I happen to have a 2008 Ruck. :banger:

2. 1 iPod loaded with your favorite tunes. I happen to have a iPod Nano

3. 1 small bit of double sided velcro tape

Process of mounting, stay with me here because this is the hard part:

1. cut the velcro tape to the desired length and place on iPod

2. Find your desired mounting spot and place iPod on Ruckus/scooter, sit back and enjoy the ride

See I told you this would be hard.

I got the sliders in January and they are still going strong. They last a lot longer than rollers and they preform a lot better

Nice pod mod! I would do that also but my zune is big and I'm scared it will fall off but I will figure something out cause I cant ride without my tunes, I usually just put the zune in my pocket but it makes it hard to change songs and such, kinda looks like I am playing with myself when I do it lol!
