Remember that check I got from Roselle Imports? The one I got on the 30th? The one that I was SOOO happy to get because the situation was finally resolved?
I just got a letter from my the bank that hosts my business account.
The damned check was returned by reason of insufficient funds!!! I have absolutely HAD it with these idiots! What the hell am I supposed to do now? I'm stuck, they stole my money, and it's been all this time and I can't get it back. Wish I could just fly up to New York with my friend from Mexico.

I had ordered an exhaust from them months ago, and had to file a paypal dispute. Luckily, I got my money back before they went belly up.
Sorry to hear you have to deal with this BS Josh. |

Yes, as a matter of fact, it is. I hope they will not be for long. I wrote Malossi Italy about it a couple months ago, and I didn't hear anything back from either company.

| dam, you have to scoll ALLLLL the way to the bottom JUST to reply......anyway, i feel ya homeboy about malossi...i had started a thread at kymco about it...it took me 11 weeks to get my order and the fly springs and air filter are wrong...(flys were supposed to fit BUT the hooks are different, mine has a long side).... the guy in parts sux......i couldnt understand all the hype about that sorry service(still have filter,springs too)........oh yeah, mickey is gone dude, left about a week ago, they sold out to some guy in fla. signed papers the other day... swannesewer is no longer....that guy is supposed to stay here BUT scotty said he wants a different side of town....idk..... |

I still have not gotten my money back, and my bank has given me a complete and total run-around. Finally, last week they said they can't help me. I'm now taking my bounced check from Joel Sacher / Malossi USA to court to file with them...

Today I got a certified bank check from Roselle for $400, which covers my losses and then some. Though it was quite a wait, I'm glad that they come through.
