I have started another race pipe for a friend who used to race with us but has been unable of late to make it, so i have picked up his race engine and finished assembly and have started on designing him a new pipe.

Hear is the pipe in mocked up form attention has been payed to the new entry into the minarelli cyl and ground clearance.

This shows the pipe redesigned with baffle plate removed and tuned length reset.Ready now for welding. This pipe will pull to 11200rpm and with the Motorfoce 70cc kit it should put him back up the front.
The primary pipe has been enlarged 4mm to match the exhaust port.

Primary pipe diameter increased by 4mm, pipe tuned length reduced to suit 11500 rpm.
